Bought these for my outdoor greenhouse. Apparently they are not sealed units as I had a small leak in the edge of my greenhouse and it leaked onto one of my fixtures. It burned out 2 rows in one… They are super bright. Not sure about the ‘full spectrum’ but I’m still new
